Your role
You will work in a team with a significant impact on daily operations, leading and distributing tasks that range from monitoring, controlling, and correcting processes to acting in various emergent and sometimes pressured situations. Rotation occurs within the shift team, which means that work in the plants is combined with control room duties alongside helpful colleagues. You will conduct first-degree inspections and fault reporting, as well as set up and adjust machines and perform process sampling.

What you bring with you

• High school education with passing grades.
• Driver's license B
• Fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken, is a requirement
• Process knowledge from LKAB or similar operations is an advantage
• Experience as a control room operator is an advantage
